Sin un descanso adecuado, se incrementa el riesgo de problemas como la fatiga cr\u00f3nica, estr\u00e9s, ansiedad, sobrepeso y dificultades de concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo las horas de sue\u00f1o, los especialistas recomiendan establecer una rutina diaria: intentar acostarse y levantarse a la misma hora todos los d\u00edas ayuda a regular el reloj biol\u00f3gico. Adem\u00e1s, crear un ambiente propicio para dormir es fundamental: habitaciones oscuras, frescas y silenciosas favorecen un descanso profundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro consejo es limitar el consumo de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos antes de dormir. La luz azul de pantallas de celulares, tablets o computadoras puede interferir con la producci\u00f3n de melatonina, la hormona que regula el sue\u00f1o.
