{"id":2459,"date":"2023-07-05T10:32:10","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T13:32:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elsiciliano.com.ar\/?p=2459"},"modified":"2023-07-26T15:02:25","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T18:02:25","slug":"la-fifa-ya-hizo-oficial-la-regla-anti-dibu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elsiciliano.com.ar\/?p=2459","title":{"rendered":"La FIFA ya hizo oficial la regla \u201cAnti dibu\u201d\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La denominada regla <strong>&#8220;Anti Dibu Mart\u00ednez&#8221; <\/strong>entr\u00f3 en vigencia el <strong>1 de julio <\/strong>y los <strong>arqueros no podr\u00e1n distraer m\u00e1s a los ejecutantes en las tandas de penales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue a finales de marzo que, la <em>International Football Association Board<\/em> (IFAB) y la <em>FIFA<\/em>, con <em>Debbie Hewitt <\/em>(Presidente FA) y <em>Gianni Infantino<\/em>, dieron a conocer las<strong> nuevas modificaciones aprobadas <\/strong>en el reglamento para la<strong> temporada 2023\/24<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Regla 14 <\/strong>establece que el <strong>arquero no se comportar\u00e1 de manera que distraiga de forma antirreglamentaria al ejecutor del tiro<\/strong>, por ejemplo, no <strong>retrasar\u00e1 la ejecuci\u00f3n del penal ni tocar\u00e1 los postes, el travesa\u00f1o o la red de la porter\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan explica la <em>IFAB<\/em>, con la nueva regla se busca que el<strong> portero muestre respeto por el juego y el oponente<\/strong>, y que su <strong>aplicaci\u00f3n <\/strong>depender\u00e1 del <strong>criterio del \u00e1rbitro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La modificaci\u00f3n del reglamento fue impulsada despu\u00e9s de la pol\u00e9mica que gener\u00f3 el accionar del arquero argentino <strong>Emiliano Martinez<\/strong> durante la <strong>Copa Am\u00e9rica 2021<\/strong> y el <strong>Mundial 2022<\/strong>. El actual arquero del <em>Aston Villa <\/em>protagoniz\u00f3 <strong>numerosas situaciones<\/strong> que ten\u00edan como objetivo<strong> desestabilizar<\/strong> a su rival antes de <strong>patear el penal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra <strong>nueva normativa<\/strong> indica que el <strong>\u00e1rbitro deber\u00e1 anular un gol si una persona adicional estaba en el terreno de juego cuando se convirti\u00f3 el gol y esa persona interfiri\u00f3 en el juego<\/strong>. Es decir, si despu\u00e9s de marcarse un gol el \u00e1rbitro se da cuenta de que un <strong>jugador suplente, sustituido, expulsado o alguien del banco de suplentes del equipo que marc\u00f3 el gol estaba dentro del campo e interfiere en la jugada, el gol no es v\u00e1lido.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de ahora, el <strong>cuarto \u00e1rbitro podr\u00e1 ayudar al \u00e1rbitro principal <\/strong>de la misma forma que el resto de asistentes.
